Background: The Maryland Department of Agriculture needed an annual report for their new Maryland Agricultural Water Quality Cost-Share Program with an enticing design that would fit into their taxpayer-funded budget.

To create an exciting, unusual look, we developed an off-size, two-color report. Because the newly-developed program also needed introductory collateral materials, we recommended printing a 6-panel on the same form as the annual report, reducing costs on both the paper and the printing.
