Successful design projects are a perfect meeting of client, designer and manufacturers. Every partner will be called upon for problem-solving throughout the life of the project.

1 Prepare and provide content
Through detailed questions we can help you determine your goals and by supplying us with a draft and/or final text will allow us to focus on the specifics from its earliest stages. We can also provide expert assistance with content.

2 Budget and schedule
You provide specifications of your scheduling needs and we will provide a projected estimate and completion schedule. As we mutually refine the project, revised estimates of costs and new schedules may become necessary.

A budget, contract and our terms of business will clearly outline responsibilities and pricing and payment terms for your review and signature.

3 Place one individual in charge
At Colquitt Design, you will have one ongoing contact for each project. Within your own organization, if your project is assigned to someone who has decision-making power, can find answers to questions, and who is readily available to us each successive stage, the project will flow more smoothly.

4 Communicate
We will keep you informed on any issues regarding design, budget or deadlines, and will engage you in discussions and decisions as the project progresses.

5 Review and refine
We brainstorm, sketch, talk, sketch some more, and finally provide a dynamic solution, giving visual concept and shape to your content. You will see full color comprehensives, paper and binding samples, and black and white proofs for review through this process.

6 Produce and approve
After approval of the concept, we complete your project providing either color or black/white proofs. You proofread all material, providing final input and editing. A final proof is provided for your sign off on the project.

7 Print and deliver
Special design and printing techniques can add depth and emotional impact. Our management expertise assures satisfactory results. We will work closely with the printer, review all proofs and carefully monitor your project on press, inviting your partnership should you wish to participate in this process.
